ABOUT ME
I'm a Graphic Designer currently employed
at Birmingham City University, where I have worked for 3 years.

Working for such a large institution involves high demand for design work to help market campaigns and events held within and outside the University.
I work in a very busy and fast paced marketing department, where I am often juggling multiple projects to ensure design needs and deadlines are met efficiently and in a timely manner.
My role requires me to produce work for an extensive range of print and digital assets from social media, website, email, open day guides, subject brochures, reports, Powerpoint slides, banners, bus and bus stop signage, tram wraps, screens, floor stickers, and general signage that supports the day to day smooth operations of the University.
I have always loved the process, creativity and production involved in tactile and innovative
design, which has been vastly encouraged by
my degree in Graphic Design and Illustration.
My course allowed me to experiment with
an array of different creative productions (animation, magazine design, book making, illustration, storytelling and typography) in
first year, before specialising in illustration
in the final two years of my course.
I explored a wide range of illustration styles
from hyper-realistic portrait work, to heavily detailed pen and ink drawings. In third year
I discovered collage, where my imagination
with illustration and freedom with design and
layout really developed.
In my free time I work on my own creative
projects, where I join the worlds of paper embroidery, design and playful typography
